Khadjenoury LLC was founded to bring precision, execution, and strategic clarity to one of the most complex sectors in healthcare — behavioral health.
Our work bridges the gap between strategy and operations, ensuring that programs are not only clinically sound, but financially sustainable and operationally executable.
To design and scale behavioral-health systems that improve access, strengthen communities, and deliver long-term operational success.
Precision — Data-driven strategy grounded in real reimbursement and regulatory frameworks.
Execution — We build programs, not theoretical plans.
Impact — Sustainable systems that create lasting community value.
I am a behavioral health strategist and consultant with deep expertise in the development, acquisition, turnaround, and expansion of psychiatric and addiction treatment services across the United States.
Through my work at Khadjenoury LLC, I advise behavioral health operators, family offices, institutional investors, and Tribal health organizations on complex, high-stakes initiatives involving psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, PRTFs, detoxification services, and outpatient programs. My focus is on translating regulatory, reimbursement, and operational complexity into executable strategies that are financially viable, clinically sound, and sustainable long-term.
My experience spans the full lifecycle of behavioral health assets—market feasibility and site selection, Medicaid and managed care reimbursement strategy, licensing and accreditation pathways, acquisitions and divestitures, facility conversions, and operational optimization. I am frequently engaged where others struggle: distressed or underperforming assets, rural or underserved markets, Tribal healthcare systems, and projects deemed “not feasible” without specialized insight.
I bring a pragmatic, operator-minded approach informed by hands-on leadership experience with inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and addiction treatment programs, including hospital-based units embedded within general medical hospitals. I work closely with executives, clinicians, attorneys, and government stakeholders to align clinical programming, staffing models, and reimbursement structures with real-world operations.
A significant portion of my work involves partnering with Tribes and Tribal health organizations to design and implement high-acuity behavioral health services under complex federal, state, and 638 frameworks—often transforming behavioral health from a cost center into a sustainable, community-based system of care.
I am known for clarity, candor, and execution. Clients engage me not only for analysis, but for decisive guidance, disciplined planning, and the ability to move projects from concept to licensed, funded, and operational reality.
